Business Development Manager
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of our private services offering.
Location: Remote (West Midlands / Bristol) | Compensation: £40,000 / year | Application Deadline: May 13, 2026
What you'll be doing
You will build and manage relationships with a range of referral partners including GPs, consultants, therapists, and corporate partners, acting as a trusted point of contact and driving engagement across the region. Alongside developing new business opportunities, you will promote services through targeted activity and events, while working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless referral and service experience. Using market insight and a proactive approach, you will identify opportunities, develop your pipeline, and contribute to overall commercial growth.
What you'll bring to the role
You will bring proven experience in business development or account management, with a strong track record of driving growth and building effective pipelines. Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, you will combine strong communication skills with a commercially focused mindset and the ability to identify and convert opportunities. You will be self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously.
