About the Role
Plan, prepare, cook, and serve meals considering dietary and nutritional requirements. Supervise catering support staff, order stock efficiently, and develop varied menus aligned with healthy eating guidelines. Full-time, 40 hours per week. Shift pattern discussed at interview.
Requirements
- Experience preparing and cooking meals in a professional kitchen
- NVQ2 or equivalent qualification in food hygiene
- Strong communication skills to direct junior staff
- Experience in a busy kitchen requiring sustained physical effort
