• Maintains a well-decorated, safe and comfortable environment throughout the site, in line with quality standards, and follows work processes which comply with statutory regulations.
• Ensures that [Employer hidden] minimum standards are delivered in all site areas in a timely and efficient manner, as part of a team.
• Identifies and reports damage, faults and other related issues to the Maintenance Manager (and then actions as agreed) to ensure that environmental conditions continue to meet quality standards and statutory regulations.

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills are required, along with a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• The role also demands the capability to work with minimal supervision, maintaining productivity and accuracy independently.
• A strong customer-focused attitude is essential, as is a collaborative team-working ethic.
• Experience or an understanding of building, plumbing, mechanical, or electrical disciplines is desirable.
