What you'll be doing
Are you a newly qualified nurse waiting for your NMC PIN? Join us now and begin your career journey in a supportive, welcoming environment.
You’ll start in the role of Healthcare Assistant, giving you the opportunity to get to know our residents, team, and routines while completing your induction and on-site training. This hands-on experience will help you build confidence, develop key skills, and understand our standards of care before stepping into your registered nurse role.
