[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Hospital Hayes Grove is looking to recruit a Speciality Doctor to join the team. This is a part-time (22.5 hours) role. The hospital is a private 46-bed acute psychiatric hospital for adults located in Hayes, Kent.

What you'll be doing
You will be part of a compassionate team committed to patients' wellbeing. Key responsibilities include:
- Undertake comprehensive psychiatric assessments for clients referred to the unit, determining appropriate levels of care under the supervision of Consultant Psychiatrists, and produce high-quality clinical reports and documentation.
- Play a key role in the planning, implementation, and review of Care Programme interventions as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring patient-centred and outcome-focused care.
- Actively contribute to teaching, supervision, and shared learning within the MDT, supporting the development of colleagues and maintaining high professional standards.
- Participate in Clinical Governance, audit, research, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD), while also ensuring consistent medical cover through collaborative working and involvement in the on-call rota.
- Demonstrate flexibility and leadership, responding to changing service needs, supporting senior management in promoting the service and undertaking additional responsibilities appropriate to the role.

The successful candidate will work closely within a multidisciplinary team, including Consultant Psychiatrists and another Specialty Doctor, to provide a holistic, person-centred treatment programme based on the recovery model. Applicants must hold full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and possess an MBBS qualification (or equivalent), with experience of working in psychiatry within multidisciplinary teams. Candidates should also be in good standing with the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
