Located near picturesque national parkland, [Employer hidden] Hospital Avesbury House in Edmonton, North London, is a forensic low secure facility for men with mental health needs. What you'll be doing

You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone.

  • Maintains a well-decorated, safe and comfortable environment throughout the site, in line with quality standards, and follows work processes which comply with statutory regulations.
  • Ensures that [Employer hidden] minimum standards are delivered in all site areas in a timely and efficient manner, as part of a team.
  • Identifies and reports damage, faults and other related issues to the Maintenance Manager (and then actions as agreed) to ensure that environmental conditions continue to meet quality standards and statutory regulations.
  • Carry out General Maintenance tasks as defined in the Appendix and in the General Property Maintenance Guide.
