About the Role
[Employer hidden] are currently seeking a proactive and organised Project Co-Ordinator in Kilmarnock to join our Sales and Project department. This is a key position within our business, acting as the main point of contact for our UK customers, providing quotations, processing orders, and supporting ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and raise purchase orders for project-related items
- Prepare quotations and technical documentation for customer projects
- Advise customers on pricing, lead times, delivery dates, and product suitability
- Liaise with suppliers and technical support to ensure customer requirements are met
- Assist with customer complaints and raise discrepancy forms as required
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell complementary products
- Support Key Account Managers and Market Sector Managers with project delivery
- Conduct proactive sales calls to enhance orders and customer engagement
- Use internal systems to raise quotes, place orders, and confirm purchase orders
Skills
- Previous experience in a sales support, project coordination, or customer service role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Technical aptitude or willingness to learn about our product range
- Ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally
- Confident working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- IT literate with experience using order processing or CRM systems
Desirable
- Experience working within a technical or manufacturing environment

Working Hours
37.5 hours per week
Monday – Thursday 0815-1700
Friday 0830-1600
