About the Role
This role has been mixed, hydrated and stretched to perfection.
As a Pizzaiolo at Rudy’s, you’re at the heart of everything — crafting authentic Neapolitan pizzas, working the oven, and bringing energy to the kitchen every single service.
Who we’re looking for
- Passionate about pizza (non-negotiable)
- Experience with Neapolitan techniques is ideal
- Comfortable working with pizza ovens & dough
- OR… have some pizza/dough experience and want to take it to the next level
No Neapolitan experience yet? No problem. If you’ve got the basics and the passion, our Rudy’s Pizzaiolo Academy will give you the skills, training and support to master the craft.
