Job Overview

We are looking for a Reporting Analyst who is investigative, mathematical, passionate about data reliability and process efficiency. This is not just about running reports; it is about owning the production lifecycle, ensuring accurate delivery, and constantly finding ways to make the 'engine' run better.

You will be the hands-on person responsible for the end-to-end reporting flow. We need a proactive professional who does not just follow a checklist but thinks 'outside the box' to improve how we work, troubleshoot independently, and ensure our clients receive the highest quality data.

Main Tasks and Accountabilities

  • Production Ownership & Delivery
    • End-to-End Execution: Own the weekly production cycle by setting up, reloading, troubleshooting, and running necessary tools and reports to ensure all data is current, accurate, and ready for delivery on designated platforms.
    • Logic & Mapping Management: Maintain and review channel mapping and country override configurations to ensure global data consistency.
    • Data Integrity Accountability: Perform thorough data QC and analysis. You are responsible for ensuring reports are accurate before they reach partners or clients.
    • Operational Support: Investigate data issues, inquiries, and resolve recurring production bottlenecks in collaboration with the Development team, provide data extractions for internal analysis and manage ad-hoc requests (e.g., creating demo or historical reports).
  • Production Enhancement & Support
    • Optimise the Workflow: Actively suggest technical features and enhancements to improve the stability and speed of the production process.
    • Testing & UAT: Support the testing of new developments and participate in UAT to ensure new features are production-ready.
    • Product Manager Partnership: Work closely with the Product Manager to align production capabilities with long-term strategic goals.
    • P2P Evaluations: Manage Prototype to Production (P2P) evaluations to ensure a seamless transition of new tools into the live environment.
    • Portfolio Growth: In addition to core production, additional side projects may be managed in parallel.

Experience/Knowledge/Qualification required

  • Educated to college or degree level with a technical bias
  • Excellent Excel skills (complex formulas, vlookup, pivot table, macros…)
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • Experience in production support and data analysis

Character and Personal Qualities

  • Critical Thinking
  • Creative mind, able to think outside the box and good problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Works well under pressure
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective communicator able to communicate at all levels of the organisation
