Main Tasks and Accountabilities

Data Management & Analysis:

• Database Navigation: Demonstrate expert knowledge of database categorisation and matching. Confidently navigate various datasets, including Standard Sales and Pricing.
• Extraction & Transformation: Perform efficient data extraction and transformation (ETL) to meet reporting requirements.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough QC and data consistency checks before client delivery to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Investigation: Perform sporadic data investigations and report recurring technical issues to the Development team and Team Leader.

Reporting & Delivery:

• Production Management: Lead the weekly and monthly production of QlikSense reports, N-printed presentations, Pivot tables, CSVs, and Datafeeds.
• Ad-hoc Support: Assist with custom requests, such as creating new demo reports or generating historical data extracts.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including methodologies and user guides.

Stakeholder Support:

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Support Product Managers, Sales, and Customer Assurance teams to align data with client requirements.
• Inquiry Management: Respond to internal and external data inquiries, keeping detailed records of actions and follow-ups.
• UAT Testing: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new software in conjunction with the Development team.

Experience/Knowledge/Qualification Required

• Educated to college or degree level
• Excellent Excel skills (complex formulas, vlookup, pivot table, macros…)
• Basic Qlik Sense skills
• Basic knowledge of Qlik NPrinting
• Good knowledge of Data Analysis and Business Analytics
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
