About the Role

Deliver a quality cleaning service to all [Employer hidden] communal areas both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering a high-quality Estate Cleaning service by undertaking all aspects of general daily cleaning duties throughout communal areas, including sweeping, hoovering, mopping, dusting, and more.
  • Confidently operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning materials in accordance with Health and Safety requirements.
  • Meet required company standards whilst adhering to procedures and policies.

What You'll Bring

  • A basic understanding of cleaning duties, including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • A full, clean, driving licence, as this role requires travel to various Raven properties.
  • The ability to work independently, and to communicate with others as and when required.
  • Experience of being an effective team member with a flexible approach.
  • The ability to use modern communication technology and IT.

DBS clearance will be required for this role.
