Employment Support Advisor

  • Location: Redhill
  • Job type: Fixed Term
  • Salary: £30750 pro rata
  • Hours: Part time – 25 hours per week
  • Working pattern: Hybrid – expected office 1 day per week

About the Role

The overall purpose of this role is to support the delivery of Raven's Work smart employment offer whilst coaching, guiding, and enabling all participants to access employment, better paid work, or training. This is a National Lottery Community Fund match funded project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support participants to progress towards employment by identifying individual barriers and co-producing tailored action plans that lead to job readiness, training, or further education.
  • Secure and support placement opportunities by liaising with employers and host organisations, ensuring safe, inclusive environments that meet participant needs and enable sustained engagement.
  • Ensure compliance through accurate record-keeping, maintaining up to-date, secure data on participant journeys and project outcomes in line with funder and audit requirements.
  • Report on programme performance, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders to track progress, demonstrate impact, and support continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring to Raven

  • Proven understanding of employment support
  • Proven understanding needs of vulnerable or disadvantaged groups
  • Knowledge of assessments practice and case management experience
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Experience of working with vulnerable or disadvantaged groups
