Senior Digital Change Manager

About the Job
- Drive the digital change agenda across your region, acting as the key liaison between regional stakeholders and central product teams.
- Lead delivery of key launches to maximize impact of centrally built capabilities.
- Engage stakeholders up to board level, aligning on clear priorities across digital platforms.
- Share regional priorities and problem statements with digital product teams.
- Gather and communicate local market insights including trends and competitor activities.
- Work with Head of Optimisation, Personalisation & Digital Change, Regional Leadership Teams, and external technology partners.
About You
- Proven experience in digital change management, digital optimization, or similar roles.
- Ability to translate business strategy into digital implementation plans.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to influence across multiple regions.
- Excellent project management skills with experience coordinating complex digital initiatives.
- Good analytical mindset to interpret data insights.
- Solid understanding of digital platforms, customer journeys, and UX principles with commercial acumen.
