Network Planning Manager

This role sits within Airline Commercial and Network Planning & B2B Sales and reports to Head of Long Term Network Strategy. This vacancy can be located at any of our headquarters of our AOC locations - namely Luton, Rijswijk, Zaventem, Ostend, Stockholm or Hannover. The vacancy will close on 7/5/2026.

About the Job

  • Develop and implement long-term regional network plans, analysing market trends, customer demand patterns, and competitor activity.
  • Support fleet investment decisions with detailed scenario analysis and long-term forecasting insights.
  • Influence fleet acquisition, retirement, and reallocation strategies while modeling seasonal and annual capacity plans.
  • Represent [Employer hidden] Airline in regional forums, regulatory consultations and industry associations.
  • Lead the development of long-term planning processes, tools and methodologies.
  • Monitor key planning KPIs including seat capacity, fleet utilisation and route profitability.

About You

  • Proven experience in long-term airline network planning with strong understanding of market dynamics, demand forecasting, fleet deployment and competitive positioning.
  • Deep knowledge of airline fleet deployment, route development, and capacity modeling.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders in matrix environments.
  • Understanding of operational constraints including crew, maintenance, airport limitations, and fleet capabilities.
  • Experience in enhancing planning tools, automation and workflow processes.
  • Strong business English (written & spoken).
