Digital Marketing Analyst

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is hiring a Digital Marketing Analyst to join the Marketing & Sales team in Luton, United Kingdom. This is a hybrid, permanent full-time position.

About the Job

  • Marketing Architecture: Ownership and maintenance of UK&I MarTech stack across Digital Marketing channels such as Paid Search, Social and others
  • Tag Management: Responsible for digital marketing tag management across [Employer hidden] UK&I websites
  • Feed Management: Responsible for the setup and update of digital marketing feeds across UK Digital
  • Google Cloud Engineering: Responsible for the creation, maintenance and validity of our Google Cloud database via BigQuery and similar programs
  • Strategic Projects: Key analytics contact for strategic data projects relating to the UK Digital Marketing Tech Stack such as bidding enhancements
  • Marketing Effectiveness: Support the wider Digital Team to ensure that data is used effectively and efficiently via initiatives such as testing and attribution
  • Future-Proofed Measurements: Work alongside third-party agencies to help enhance our technical capabilities and ensure consistent measurements in a post-cookie environment

About You

  • Experience using Google Marketing Platform or similar products required
  • Familiarity with tag management solutions such as Google Tag Manager or Tealium
  • Solid understanding of coding best practices & how to adapt these to requirements
  • Knowledgeable on Data Compliance and Security topics such as GDPR and CCPA preferred
  • Proficient in Python and SQL essential, with other programming languages preferred
  • Working understanding of how data is collected using APIs, cookies and other solutions
  • Excellent communication skills with experience of working across multiple different teams in different countries with varying knowledge levels
  • Highly flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
