Senior Revenue Manager

This hybrid role is based in Luton, United Kingdom, with other possible locations including Zaventem (Belgium), Stockholm (Sweden), Rijswijk (Netherlands), and Langenhagen (Germany). About the Job
- Execute revenue management strategies for assigned routes, focusing on maximising yield and revenue per available seat kilometer while meeting profitability targets.
- Manage dedicated revenue budgets in your route portfolio, conducting regular forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
- Take revenue opportunities from flight ancillaries into account while optimizing revenue per passenger.
- Operate AI-driven revenue management systems to adjust pricing and inventory in real-time.
- Serve as primary interface to internal stakeholders, translating revenue insights into actionable recommendations.
- Perform revenue simulations to evaluate the impact of market changes, pricing adjustments, or capacity shifts.
- Develop trusted relationships with revenue managers at partner airlines and tour operators.
About You
- Deep knowledge of airline revenue management, pricing strategy, and inventory control across long haul and short haul networks.
- Strategic and commercial mindset, able to translate business objectives into actionable pricing and inventory strategies.
- Skilled in interpreting complex datasets, modeling pricing scenarios, and using AI-driven revenue management tools.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities, capable of interfacing with internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication skills, articulating complex revenue insights to leadership.
- Understanding of airline network planning, product strategy, digital distribution, and competitive positioning.
- At least 3+ years in airline revenue management or related department.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Aviation Management, or a related discipline.
- Fluent in English.
