The Role
[Employer hidden] is currently recruiting Waking Night Support Workers to join our supported living service, Brook Cottage. This service specialises in supporting individuals with mental health needs within a safe, structured and supportive environment. We are looking to fill three positions with reliable and compassionate individuals who can provide consistent, high-quality support throughout the night.
Responsibilities
- Providing reassurance and emotional support where needed
- Monitoring residents and maintaining a safe environment
- Supporting with any night-time routines or interventions
- Completing accurate records and handovers
- Responding calmly and effectively to any situations that arise
What We're Looking For
- A calm, patient and dependable approach
- Genuine interest in mental health and supporting others
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience is beneficial, though not essential as full training will be provided
