The Retreat, part of [Employer hidden], is a specialist residential service providing high-quality, person-centred support for individuals with complex needs. We are currently looking to recruit two full-time Care Assistants to join our dedicated and professional team.

This is an opportunity to work in a calm, supportive environment where the focus is on dignity, independence, and delivering exceptional care.

Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each resident
  • Support individuals with daily living activities and routines
  • Promote independence, wellbeing, and a positive living environment
  • Build strong, professional relationships with residents and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain excellent care standards

Candidate Requirements

  • A caring, patient, and reliable approach
  • Genuine interest in supporting individuals with complex needs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
