Waking Night Support Worker - Cinderford, Gloucestershire

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is currently recruiting for our supported living service, Gardenia, located in Cinderford. We are looking to appoint one full-time and one part-time Waking Night Support Worker to join our dedicated team.

The Role

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of residents throughout the night. This includes:

  • Providing support and reassurance during night hours
  • Monitoring the wellbeing and safety of individuals
  • Supporting with any night-time routines or needs
  • Maintaining accurate records and handovers
  • Ensuring a calm, secure and supportive environment at all times

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous experience in care is beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided
