The Role
JOB TITLE: Marketing Executive
BASE LOCATION: Bellshill (hybrid) On-site x3 per week
SALARY: Up to £30K Depending on skills and experience
WORKING PATTERN: Permanent I Full-time (35 hours per week)
ROLE PURPOSE: We are excited to offer a permanent opportunity for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the Head of Marketing and collaborate with both the Marketing and Sales teams to deliver impactful campaigns with efficiency and precision. You’ll focus on our Technical, Cyber, and Communications divisions, ensuring tailored strategies that showcase Kick’s expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering effective, measurable communications: writing content for websites, blogs, emails, case studies and ebooks aligned to brand messaging and positioning.
- Supporting and executing a comprehensive cross and upsell strategy across all channels to boost engagement and drive sales.
- Manage social media profiles for the business. Develop and implement social strategy across company social channels.
- Support on content marketing, including content research, writing, maintaining content calendars and proof-reading.
- Ability to track, measure and feedback on social analytics, quickly adapt plans or approaches to ensure campaigns deliver the best results possible and identify key learnings for the future.
- Experience in events marketing – conferences, hosted and online events. Overseeing the execution of events from concept to completion, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
- Regular reporting on all activity using tools such as Dynamics 365, GA4, and Social Analytics.
- Develop and test new strategies and targeting approaches for effective communication with our audiences and existing customer base, both on and offline.
- Work closely, and manage relationships with key partners, membership organisations and suppliers.
- Regularly monitor competitors marketing activity and use this insight to advise our marketing strategy.
- Keep up to date with latest industry trends to positively enhance performance and maintain our position as a leading provider in the markets we operate.
What do I need?
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role.
- Prior experience and a proven track record in either a client side or agency side role.
- Email marketing and automation experience – Dynamics 365, Click Dimensions or other email client is desirable.
- Working knowledge of software including, but not limited to, Google Suite, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong creative intuition.
- Self-motivated with determination to succeed.
- Highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills.
- Articulate, great interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively and confidently with colleagues at all levels.
