Solution Engineer

Job Purpose

The Solutions Engineer is a critical member of the Product team, responsible for enabling integration and optimization of [Employer hidden] interconnected intelligence capabilities.

How you will contribute at [Employer hidden]

  • System Integration: Support integration of [Employer hidden] data and models into customer systems.
  • Product Delivery: Assist in development and delivery of [Employer hidden] products.
  • Customer Advisory: Provide remote and on-site technical advisory services.
  • Ontology & Model Development: Advise on evolution of [Employer hidden] data models.
  • Gap Analysis: Identify unmet data requirements.
  • Strategic Expansion: Explore adjacent content domains.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor partner and competitor activity.
  • Presales & Bids: Support technical presales engagements.

Ideal Skills and Experience

  • Technical Proficiency: Python, SDKs, APIs, SDLC, ArcGIS, Palantir, RDBMS, Graph Databases, data integration.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Mindset: Passion for solving complex challenges, innovative, willing to learn.
  • Clearance: Eligibility to hold security clearance.

Desirable Skills

  • Front-End: JavaScript libraries (React, Vue), geospatial libraries.
  • Back-End: Docker, Elasticsearch, graph databases, AWS.
  • Geospatial & Intelligence: Esri technology, ArcGIS Enterprise.
  • Security & Clearance: Experience with defence organizations, active clearance advantage.
