Field Sales Representative, Motherwell

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is hiring a Field Sales Representative in Motherwell/Glasgow, UK. This is a full-time, permanent field sales role with a base salary of £30,221 plus bonus up to £8,000 (OTE).

About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities whilst becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. Customers include independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants, and cafes. You will focus on promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • A valid UK driving license and eligibility to work in the UK, living within a 60-minute commute from Motherwell.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive positive outcomes with customers.
  • Proficiency in using digital technologies such as iPhone and iPad.
  • Experience with manual handling of products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage workload and schedule independently while meeting targets.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Digital engagement skills to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Enthusiasm, self-starter attitude, and excellent relationship-building abilities.
