Job Description
[Employer hidden] is looking for enthusiastic Retail Assistants for the flagship Harry Potter Shop on Oxford Street. You will be the face of the store, delivering memorable service and working at pace.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Deliver warm, friendly and engaging customer service.
- Create memorable, personalised experiences.
- Engage customers with product knowledge.
- Maintain high shopfloor standards.
- Work with pace to replenish stock.
- Support back-of-house activity.
- Adapt to changing priorities.
- Follow health & safety and cash handling procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
- Passion for customer service.
- Positive, friendly attitude.
- Ability to work at pace with accuracy.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment.
- Retail experience helpful but not essential.
Working Pattern
Part-time, 32 hours per week on a seven-day rota including weekends and Bank Holidays. Hours between 7am and 10pm.
