Framework Manager

Role Responsibility

• Engage with the Client and Consultancies during the ECI phase.
• Liaise with Preconstruction Manager to build accurate and robust quotations.
• Develop agreed programmes and methodologies during the ECI phase.
• Become a Framework expert offering high level service to the key Client.
• Comply and implement the companies Integrated Management System.
• Develop proactive working relationships with Clients and Consultants.
• Familiarise with all Contract Documentation and Drawings.
• Identification and development of temporary works.
• Monitor delivery, identify risk and opportunities, manage Project Risk Register.
• Ownership of overarching Framework programme.
• Attend Framework level progress meetings.
• Maintain Training Matrix for direct reports.
• Undertake Senior Management Tours on sites promoting safety culture.
• Chair internal team meetings and delegate workload.
• Promote and lead site safety culture.

The Ideal Candidate

• Extensive experience of Civil Engineering industry, particularly trunk road network.
• Strong understanding of Traffic Management.
• Collaborative worker with excellent problem solving skills.
• Strong personal and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and IT skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to lead a team.
• Responsive to internal and external customer needs.
• Preferably a further education qualification (Degree/HND/HNC in Civil Engineering).
• CSCS qualification.
