We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our friendly team based in Northfleet.

Role Responsibility

  • Managing a site to deliver safe and efficient operations by leading site personnel to meet or improve upon targets for safety, cost, productivity, quality and delivery.
  • Ensuring fulfilment of required product to agreed specification on time, in full and within agreed cost parameters.
  • Take ownership and accountability for site budget, and drive Continuous Improvement projects to improve performance across all KPI areas.
  • Managing and be accountable for all site management systems, and ensure all accreditations, legislative requirements and documentations are maintained as required by auditing bodies.
  • Ensuring all maintenance requirements are undertaken and plant & equipment is kept in an acceptable condition.
  • Managing site teams appropriately and in accordance with [Employer hidden]’s HR policies for example, recruitment, training, succession planning, performance management, reviews, disciplinaries etc.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in operational management of production units
  • Managing a variety of staff
  • Hold an IOSH qualification
  • Managing, measuring and improving staff performance
  • Experience of managing budgets
  • Health and safety
