Social Media Manager
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Social Media Manager to join its Communications team in Norwich, UK.
Background
The researchers and NHS clinicians at the Quadram Institute are undertaking some of the most interesting science anywhere, from COVID-19 to faecal microbiota transplants. We are looking for the right person to share those stories.
The Role
The post holder will report to the Head of External Relations and Engagement and will be responsible for overseeing development and delivery of engaging content across social media and digital platforms. Apply analytical data skills to personalise and optimise content, tailored to [Employer hidden] (QIB) communication goals. Proactively communicate digital options to colleagues.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a creative, intellectually curious, can-do social media manager with a track record of creating and curating engaging content, evaluating and adjusting content for user needs. Comfortable in the digital world, able to use initiative, be bold and innovative, and support the Institute's social media and digital channels.
The post holder will have a first-rate track record in managing, scheduling and delivering successful social media campaigns across multiple channels, as well as experience of web build and design. Excellent eye for detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. Proactive approach to change and innovation, able to self-manage workloads and work collaboratively.
Additional Information
Salary on appointment will be within the range £31,625 to £38,575 per annum depending on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time post offered on a permanent basis.

A partnership between [Employer hidden], the University of East Anglia, the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and BBSRC, it brings together scientists and clinicians in a state-of-the-art building on the Norwich Research Park.
