Athena Swan Project Coordinator

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead the Athena Swan submission. Based in Norwich, UK. Full-time, 9-month contract. Salary £32,255 - £49,750 per annum.

The Role

At [Employer hidden] (QIB), we are about to embark on an Athena Swan submission. We are looking for an individual to take a lead role in preparing for an Athena Swan submission in 2021. The successful applicant will have a passion for promoting the equalities agenda in the scientific sector. To be successful you will need to demonstrate:

  • The ability to lead a team
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Project management skills

Additional Information

We welcome applications from experienced individuals and those at an earlier stage in their career. Early career applicants will be considered for an SC6 position. Experienced individuals will be considered for a senior SC5 position. Salary on appointment will be within the range £32,225 to £49,750 per annum depending on qualifications and experience. This is a fulltime contract until 31st May 2021, with the possibility of extension. Please note, this post does not meet UKVI requirements to provide Tier 2 visa sponsorship.
