Description

We are looking for a Integrations Engineer to lead integration workstreams on deployment projects, working hands-on with HL7 messaging, interoperability, and interface engines in complex NHS environments.
This is a delivery-focused role with real ownership. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and technical stakeholders to design, build, and support integrations that matter.
What you will be doing
- Leading integration delivery across customer deployment projects
- Designing, developing, and supporting HL7 interfaces that integrate safely and reliably with healthcare systems
- Working directly with NHS customers on requirements gathering, architecture decisions, testing, and go-live support
- Supporting deployments, upgrades, and business-as-usual integrations across live environments
- Managing and resolving integration incidents using ITIL best practices
- Collaborating with clinical, technical, and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with real-world workflows
What we are looking for
- Experience working in or for the NHS, with a strong understanding of healthcare environments
- Deep knowledge of HL7 messaging and healthcare system integrations
- Hands-on experience with interface engines such as Rhapsody
- Solid understanding of APIs, interoperability standards, and secure data exchange
- A confident communicator who can work comfortably with customers and internal teams
- A delivery-focused mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
