Description
Are you a recent graduate or early career starter looking for paid, hands-on experience in a professional, supportive environment? This 12 week paid internship at [Employer hidden] is designed to give you real responsibility, practical skills, and exposure to how commercial bid teams operate in a fast growing technology business.
You will join the Social Care and Education Bid Team and support the organisation and improvement of bid content used in live tenders. This is not a shadowing role. You will work directly with real material, contribute to meaningful improvements, and develop confidence working with systems, content, and stakeholders.
What you will be doing
- Reviewing and organising existing bid content across Social Care and Education software solutions.
- Extracting relevant content from previous tender responses held in SharePoint.
- Structuring and preparing content so it can be imported into our bid content management system.
- Applying Microsoft Word styles, formatting, and basic metadata so content works correctly in the system.
- Importing curated content into the bid library and supporting the team as they improve how it is used.
- Assisting with day to day bid activity where appropriate, gaining exposure to live commercial work.
You will receive guidance and support, but you will also be trusted to manage tasks independently as your confidence grows.
What we are looking for
This role is ideal for a graduate or entry level candidate. You do not need previous bid or commercial experience. We are looking for someone who:
- Is organised, methodical, and comfortable working with written information.
- Has a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy.
- Can manage tasks independently and adapt as priorities change.
- Communicates clearly and is open to learning and feedback.
