Description
At [Employer hidden], we deliver technology that connects and transforms health and care. We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team and play a key role in helping NHS customers realise real, measurable benefits from our market-leading software.
This is a client-facing role where you will work closely with healthcare organisations to implement solutions that improve clinical and operational workflows. You will balance customer needs, project constraints, and quality delivery, taking ownership of your work while collaborating as part of one team.
What you will be doing
- Leading and supporting the implementation of [Employer hidden] solutions and integrated third-party software.
- Running product demonstrations and configuration design workshops, clearly explaining workflows and benefits.
- Undertaking gap analysis to ensure solutions support current and future operational processes.
- Promoting best practice while respecting client confidentiality.
- Supporting user acceptance testing, go-live activity, and early-life support.
- Contributing to internal testing by identifying, investigating, and escalating software issues.
- Supporting data migration activities and resolving configuration-related challenges.
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for customers, including managing and escalating issues appropriately.
- Attending project boards and stakeholder meetings to represent [Employer hidden] professionally.
What you will bring
- Experience working in or with the NHS, with a strong understanding of healthcare operations.
- Proven experience in system implementation, project delivery, or professional services roles.
- Confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders in busy, deadline-driven environments.
- Experience delivering training, testing, and implementation support.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A practical, organised approach and the confidence to take ownership.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is desirable but not essential.
