We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Marketing & Messaging Specialist to shape and communicate our brand story. This role is responsible for translating complex ideas into engaging, audience-focused content while ensuring a consistent voice across all digital and offline channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and optimize messaging strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Brand Voice & Messaging Strategy
- Define and maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels
- Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and messaging strategy
- Content Creation
- Develop and produce high-quality content including blogs, website copy, email campaigns, social media, newsletters, and marketing collateral
- Create compelling, audience-centric messaging that drives engagement
- Campaign Support
- Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns by developing persona-based messaging and content
- Support go-to-market initiatives with targeted value propositions
- Audience Research & Insights
- Conduct research to understand target audiences and buyer personas
- Tailor messaging based on audience behavior and needs
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Campaigns, Product Marketing, Sales, and Design teams
- Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints
- Performance & Optimization
- Track and analyze content performance using KPIs (engagement, conversion, etc.)
- Optimize messaging strategies based on data and insights
- Digital & Social Presence
- Manage and optimize content across digital channels
- Ensure accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of published content
Your profile
- 4–6+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or communications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to create engaging, persuasive content
Technical Skills:
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful)
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Eloqua, Mailchimp)
- Knowledge of social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Agorapulse)
- Understanding of SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
Additional Skills:
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing environments
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Exposure to AI tools for content creation and optimization
- Multilingual capabilities (a plus)
