[Employer hidden] Customer Experience Management (Beanworks) is a market leading software & SaaS solution. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join us as we continue to grow. Your mission is to generate as many qualified opportunities as possible for our team from marketing campaigns and outbound efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads and outbound targeted prospects
  • Generate value for potential customers and booking product demonstration webinars and calls
  • Managing prospect expectations and overcoming objections
  • Reaching and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities and deals won from your meetings.
  • Developing skills necessary for promotion into a full, closing role

Your Profile

  • 0 to 1 year of sales or professional experience
  • A strong interest in building a career in sales
  • Curiosity and demonstrable evidence of professional and personal development
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - eager to advance through clearly defined learning and earning paths
  • Self-disciplined, organised and ambitious. Able to consistently hit daily and monthly objectives

Offered on a hybrid basis (2 days/week in office, 3 days from home) out of our Stratford, London office.
