Inside Sales Representative
This is a high-impact, inside sales role focused on generating and qualifying leads for our sales team. You will be responsible for building pipeline through a mix of outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up, helping Account Executives drive revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into an Account Executive role.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls to qualify leads and generate new opportunities
- Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Deliver a positive, high-quality experience to prospects
- Track and manage all activity in Salesforce (or CRM tools)
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team targets
Your Profile
- 1+ year of inside sales, SDR, or phone-based sales experience
- Strong communication and listening skills
- High energy, driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
