Director Partnerships
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is hiring a Director Partnerships to recruit, develop, and activate a network of partners (distributors and business introducers) to drive commercial growth in the assigned region. The role requires fluency in Dutch and French, and involves developing indirect sales strategy, managing partner relationships, and achieving annual targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve annual targets for recruiting new partners
- Activate, guide and motivate partners to achieve objectives (revenue, bookings, number of contracts)
- Draw up an annual Business Plan with each partner and follow up via quarterly reviews
- Ensure partner teams are enrolled for necessary commercial and technical training
- Develop and monitor the indirect sales strategy within the assigned territory
- Monitor partner satisfaction and coordinate actions with internal [Employer hidden] teams
- Strengthen relationships with directors of partner organizations
- Guarantee development of commercial skills of partner teams (training, coaching)
- Support distributors in their commercial deals, especially large accounts
- Lead and motivate partner sales teams
- Collaborate with [Employer hidden] Marketing for animation and communication actions towards partners
- Ensure correct use of business processes, tools and PRM by partners
- Prepare required reports for management
Profile
- Minimum Bachelor level (Bac+2)
- Demonstrable experience in selling digital solutions
- Strong knowledge of the business model of software publishers and integrators
- Interest in technical products and excellent knowledge of relevant markets
- Strong communication, convincing, team-oriented
- Language requirement: perfect command of Dutch and French (oral and written) – Bilingualism is essential
- Good command of MS Office
- Experience with business planning (marketing plan, business plan, account plan)
- Autonomy, charisma, energy, team spirit, initiative, service orientation, pragmatism, accuracy and listening skills
