[Employer hidden] is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead strategic HR initiatives across multiple business units. This role requires deep expertise in UK employment law, organizational development, and change management.

Your role in our future

As an HR Business Partner, you will apply broad expertise across multiple HR disciplines to address significant and unique organizational challenges. Recognized as a subject matter expert, you will work on issues requiring evaluation of intangibles and conceptual thinking to understand advanced implications. Accountable for results that may impact the entire HR function, you will determine methods and procedures for new assignments, frequently advising others on complex matters and networking with key contacts outside your area of expertise.

  • Lead HR strategy for multiple business units or regions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Apply conceptual thinking to develop solutions for complex and ambiguous challenges.
  • Advise senior leaders and peers on advanced HR matters and organizational implications.
  • Determine methods and procedures for new assignments and drive innovative approaches.
  • Network with key contacts outside HR to influence cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance against legislation for responsible countries.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
  • Use data and insights to shape workforce strategy and decision-making.
  • Represent HR in executive-level discussions and planning.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred but not required).
  • Approximately 8 years of progressive HR experience, including strategic business partnering and organizational development.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills influence diverse audiences.
  • Recognized expertise in multiple HR disciplines and ability to work across functions.
