Salary: up to £40,000
About the Role
As a Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) Associate, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and optimising revenue generation across our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Reporting directly to the Director of Growth, you will assist in streamlining processes, managing our technology stack, ensuring data integrity, and providing analytical insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Integrity: Conduct regular data audits, clean and maintain data in HubSpot and other revenue systems.
- Reporting & Analytics Support: Generate performance reports and dashboards tracking key metrics.
- Process Optimization: Document workflows and implement improvements and automation.
- Technology & Tools Assistance: Admin support for revenue tech stack.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise between sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Enablement & Support: Develop internal documentation and training materials.
- Director Assistance: Support the Director of Growth with ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
- 1+ years experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or similar data-focused role.
- Understanding of sales process, lead management, revenue forecasting.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organisational and project management capabilities.
- Proactive mindset and adaptability.
