FULL DESCRIPTION

Talent & Employer Brand Partner

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is hiring a Talent & Employer Brand Partner to lead employer brand strategy and pioneer AI-native recruitment. Location: London (Hybrid). Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 yearly. Full-time.

About [Employer hidden]

At [Employer hidden], we believe in a world where data and AI drive prosperity for everyone. We have worked with over 100 ambitious businesses and government organisations to unlock the power of analytics and artificial intelligence. We're a team of around 50 people based at Blackfriars, London.

We're London's best-kept secret. We want to change that by hiring someone to help us from a talent perspective.

The Role

We are looking for someone who will fundamentally change how [Employer hidden] shows up in the technical talent market, and who will reinvent how we recruit from the inside out.

  • 1. Turn [Employer hidden] into a net attractor of talent. Own employer brand end to end — voice, story, content, community presence. Be our evangelist at meetups, conferences, panels, on LinkedIn.
  • 2. Pioneer AI-native recruitment. Work closely with our technical team to embed AI across administrative hiring - scheduling, templating, content generation, scorecards, pipeline tracking.

You'll also be a brilliant recruiter because none of this matters if the fundamentals aren't there.

What You'll Own

Employer Brand & Storytelling

  • Lead [Employer hidden]'s employer brand strategy from concept to execution.
  • Create content that gets read and shared: LinkedIn, job boards, campaigns, case studies, employee stories, video.
  • Partner with marketing team so employer brand and company brand move together.
  • Champion candidate experience as a brand touchpoint.

Community & Events

  • Actively represent [Employer hidden] at tech meetups, conferences, university events, industry panels.
  • Identify, propose, and lead [Employer hidden]-hosted events and thought-leadership moments.
  • Build real, long-term relationships with technical communities.
  • Bring the rest of the business with you.

Pioneering AI-Native Recruitment

  • Design and embed AI across administrative hiring machinery: scheduling, templating, content drafts, screening workflows, scorecards, pipeline tracking, reporting.
  • Partner closely with technical leaders.
  • Hold a clear line: AI is for process, not for interviewing.
  • Stay curious: experiment, measure, share what works.

Technical Recruitment Delivery

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across consulting, product, data engineering, software development, DevOps, and AI/ML disciplines.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs.
  • Design and refine assessment approach.

Internal Influence

  • Coach hiring managers to be excellent ambassadors for [Employer hidden].
  • Bring market intelligence and honest advice.
  • Help attract underrepresented groups in tech.

What We're Looking For

You are probably someone who:

  • Is a genuinely excellent recruiter with a proven track record of placing exceptional technical talent across product, engineering, data, DevOps, or AI/ML disciplines.
  • Is a natural communicator and brand-builder: writes brilliantly, comfortable presenting and speaking at events.
  • Is AI-native by instinct: experiments with AI, builds workflows, understands where AI helps and doesn't.
  • Is a credible commercial partner: influences hiring managers, manages multiple searches, brings data and market insight.

What Success Looks Like

[Employer hidden] is known in the London data and AI talent community; employer brand content is sharp; recruitment process is leaner; exceptional people are placed; hiring managers feel supported.

Benefits
