About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated Front of House Host to join the team at Seamill Hydro Hotel Resort. If you have a passion for delivering excellent guest service and enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a memorable first impression.
• Offering exceptional customer service across various resort areas, including reception and dining.
• Be confident in using and managing ResDiary to optimise availability within the restaurant.
• Liaise with the Restaurant Manager and Section Leaders to ensure tables are turned around in a timely manner
• Managing restaurant duties such as hosting, taking orders, and resolving customer feedback or issues.
• Ensuring all front-of-house areas remain clean, organised, and welcoming.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar quality hotel or resort.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Knowledge of food and drink trends is a plus, but not essential.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for our guests.
