We're looking for enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistants to join our team and help deliver outstanding guest experiences. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing warm, friendly, and attentive service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Guiding guests through the menu, offering expert recommendations on food and drink pairings.
  • Taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring timely and accurate service.
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organized restaurant, including resetting tables, cleaning workstations, and keeping the dining area tidy.
  • Working closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Upselling with confidence and helping create opportunities for guests to try new dishes and drinks.
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every guest feels valued and well looked after throughout their visit.
  • Handling food allergies and dietary requirements with care, ensuring clear communication with guests and the kitchen to avoid any issues and deliver safe dining experiences.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is ideal, but a positive attitude and strong willingness to learn is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • A team player who works well with others and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Punctual, reliable, and organised with a keen eye for detail.
  • A genuine desire to deliver top-quality service and go the extra mile for guests.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
