We are currently seeking a passionate and organised Wedding & Events Co-ordinator to join the team at [Employer hidden]. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating and planning weddings and events, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard.
  • Managing enquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings.
  • Conducting professional show rounds of the venue, understanding client requirements and showcasing what the hotel has to offer.
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and on event days.
  • Liaising with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Managing administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Supporting the operational delivery of weddings and events to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and team members throughout all stages of the event journey.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, weddings & events, or sales is desirable.

  • A valid driving licence is essential due to occasional travel associated with the role.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, as the role involves significant weekend working.
