We are currently seeking a passionate and organised Wedding & Events Co-ordinator to join the team at [Employer hidden]. As Wedding & Events Co-ordinator, you will ideally have strong administration and organisational skills, confidence in delivering exceptional customer service, and a natural ability to build relationships and drive sales. What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating and planning weddings and events, ensuring every detail is delivered to the highest standard.
- Managing enquiries and converting them into confirmed bookings.
- Conducting professional show rounds of the venue, understanding client requirements and showcasing what the hotel has to offer.
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and on event days.
- Liaising with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth event execution.
- Managing administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Supporting the operational delivery of weddings and events to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Communicating effectively with clients and team members throughout all stages of the event journey.

- Flexibility to work weekends, as the role involves significant weekend working.
