[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is hiring a Part-Time Receptionist. Location: [Employer hidden], Ayr Road, Larkhall, Lanarkshire, ML9 2TZ. Salary: £10.85 - £12.71 per hour plus tips.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering a warm and professional welcome to all guests, creating an exceptional first impression at reception.
Handling telephone enquiries from prospective customers and guests, taking accurate messages and ensuring prompt communication.
Managing the hotel booking system, including guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and payment processing.
Working closely with managers and other departments to maintain smooth daily operations and provide a seamless guest experience.
Providing outstanding customer service and responding efficiently to guest needs and requests.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception is advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A professional and well-presented appearance at all times.
Strong IT and administrative skills, with confidence using booking systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
A valid driver’s licence is desirable but not essential.
