Functional Consultant
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is hiring a NetSuite Functional Consultant. Remote, 5-10 years experience.
Responsibilities
- Business Process & Advisory – Act as trusted advisor, lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
- Supply Chain & Manufacturing – Configure NetSuite MRP, Demand Planning, S&OP, multi-level BOMs, production planning.
- Billing, Finance & Tax – Configure SuiteBilling, support invoicing, tax compliance with Avalara.
- Integrations – Functional owner of integrations with Salesforce, Stripe, and Avalara.
- Implementation & Change Management – Lead end-to-end implementations, UAT, training, go-live.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- 5+ years NetSuite functional consulting experience.
- Deep knowledge of NetSuite MRP, Demand Planning, Manufacturing.
- Understanding of S&OP processes.
- Hands-on with SuiteBilling and invoice management.
- Working knowledge of Avalara for tax management.
- Functional experience with NetSuite–Salesforce integration.
- Familiarity with NetSuite–Stripe billing flows.
- Experience with data migration of BOMs, POs, inventory, planning parameters.
