Cluster General Manager
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Cluster General Manager to lead and manage multiple luxury properties. This is a full-time, remote position.
About the Role
Lead and manage multiple luxury properties or locations within a cluster, driving revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence in line with brand standards and business objectives, specifically for SUNRISE Resorts and other luxury international chains.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute cluster business plans, budgets, and strategies for luxury properties
- Oversee operations, sales, marketing, and financial performance of cluster properties
- Lead and develop a team of property-level managers and department heads
- Ensure brand standards, policies, and procedures are implemented and maintained
- Drive guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to drive business growth
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction in luxury international chains
- Experience managing multiple luxury properties or locations
- Experience with SUNRISE Resorts or similar luxury resort chains preferred
