[Employer hidden] is hiring an AI Adoption Lead to drive internal AI adoption across the business. This hybrid role is based in London and reports to the CTO.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly practical, hands-on AI Adoption Lead to accelerate the internal use of AI across [Employer hidden]. While we already have access to powerful tools like ChatGPT and Gemini, adoption across business functions has been uneven. You will work directly with functional leaders to identify opportunities, prototype solutions, and embed them into workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with department leads to understand workflows and bottlenecks.
  • Design practical solutions using ChatGPT, Gemini, and no/low-code platforms.
  • Build prototypes quickly and iterate based on feedback.
  • Embed solutions into existing processes and train teams.
  • Quantify impact and stay updated on AI tooling landscape.

Who You Are

  • Strong understanding of modern AI tools' capabilities and limitations.
  • Ability to absorb unfamiliar business processes with empathy.
  • Comfortable building quick prototypes and iterating.
  • Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly pragmatic, outcome-focused, comfortable in ambiguous environments.

Core Technical Skills

  • Prompt engineering and AI tool application to enterprise workflows.
  • Experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, APIs, MCP, and scripting.
  • Data handling skills (Excel, SQL, data warehouses, Python a plus).
