What you'll do

At [Employer hidden], Account Managers are responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and project-managing and executing kid-safe brand digital engagement campaigns across the [Employer hidden] Platform, ensuring a world-class experience for customers. You’ll play a key role in shaping campaign success - using data and performance insights to craft compelling stories that demonstrate impact and drive long-term client growth.

You can expect ownership of your assigned accounts in EMEA and will be joining a team that has a lot of experience, a serious track record, and an awesome team atmosphere. You'll have a genuine opportunity to learn and grow, through real ownership and responsibility and hands-on mentorship from an experienced Senior Management team.

  • Manage a portfolio of clients/accounts in EMEA - develop, maintain, and expand positive relationships with existing agency / direct clients
  • Generate repeat & incremental revenue, acting as the point of contact for all live campaigns always looking for ways to grow and improve accounts
  • Ensure expertise, excellence, and consistency in all aspects of campaign delivery: Client Management, briefing designers, creative and development, ad ops, performance optimisation, and reporting
  • Strategically counsel clients; develop effective and creative campaign strategies with a clear understanding of client objectives, KPIs, and targets
  • Work closely with our adops team on campaign optimisations, relaying relevant information to customers in an easy-to-understand and actionable manner
  • Own reporting and case study creation - showcase and share expertise within the Client Services and wider SA Global team, and present QBRs to strategic clients on a quarterly basis
  • Use data and analytical storytelling to turn performance insights into compelling narratives that drive client understanding and future investment
  • Proactively identify new initiatives and tools to enhance client experience and cross-team collaboration

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a proven track record in owning customer relationships
  • Demonstrated success in retaining and growing customers
  • Experience working with ad-ops and ad trafficking teams, with experience across different servers and reporting platforms
  • Strong analytical and storytelling ability using data
  • Expertise with digital media KPIs and brand performance metrics
  • Expert in using Excel and/or other data manipulation software

  • You think logically and analytically, even under pressure, and come up with innovative solutions to problem
  • You have a keen head for numbers and are confident manipulating data.
