Please note this is fixed term contract for a period of 12 months

The role

  • Define, create and deliver integrated global marketing plans that drive pipeline generation, accelerate existing opportunities and support expansion, aligned to product and commercial priorities
  • Measure and report on performance, using diagnostics and insight to recommend and implement improvements
  • Design and execute growth experiments and A/B tests to improve performance across acquisition, activation, retention and expansion stages
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales and other cross functional teams to ensure marketing activity is relevant, timely and impactful
  • Share insights, learnings and best practices with peers and the wider marketing team to drive continuous improvement
  • Support reporting, analysis and implementation of growth initiatives

  • Experience of executing and managing B2B marketing programs or campaigns, ideally within a software or technology environment
  • Experience measuring marketing performance and using data to inform decisions and improvements
  • The ability to manage projects end‑to‑end, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • A collaborative mindset, with experience working cross‑functionally with sales, product marketing or similar teams

Salary Band for the role is £45,000 - £50,000
