Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a book of mid-market advertisers, acting as the main point of contact for both clients and agencies.
  • Drive advertiser activation, retention, and revenue growth through thoughtful client consultation, performance analysis, and solution-oriented storytelling.
  • Initiate and lead strategic sales conversations using market trends, performance data, and industry context to advise clients on how to scale on [Employer hidden].
  • Work with Account Strategists to implement and optimize campaigns to achieve your clients’ advertising objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key campaign metrics, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Identify and communicate product feedback and market insights to cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships with a customer-first mindset.
  • Serve as a foundational hire shaping scaled sales methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, account management, or paid social strategy.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel, auction dynamics, and digital advertising landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and visual.
  • Highly analytical; comfortable translating data into client-facing insights.
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and strong understanding of performance measurement and attribution.
