Student Experience Coordinator - Operations
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Group is hiring a Student Experience Coordinator in Huddersfield, UK. Full-time, fixed term (1 year), up to £28,000 per annum.
About the Role
The post holder will report to the Deputy Director of Student Experience and work within a matrix structure, building strong relationships with the Student Experience Team, central [Employer hidden] Group teams, and the university partner.
- Data Management: Maintain definitive datasets, produce reports, act as secretary to governance boards, support quality assurance.
- Assessments & Academic Administration: Implement assessment standards, organise release of assessment screens, invigilate assessments, manage verification and archiving.
- Student Finance & Progression: Handle fee enquiries, create invoices, process refunds, prepare enrolment documentation, maintain progression database.
- General: Key point of contact for students, assist with student events, liaise with central teams, contribute to process improvements.
About You
- Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience)
- Supporting students in an educational context
- Working to develop, build and maintain the Student Experience
- Working in a regulated environment
