About the Role

As a Senior Carer, you will play a key role in supporting residents with their daily needs while promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. You will provide compassionate care to older people, including those living with dementia, ensuring they feel safe, respected, and valued.

• Passionate and dedicated to providing care with a commitment to resident empowerment
• Effectively communicate with residents, families, and the care team
• Following care plans and contributing to individualized care
• Administering and recording medication
• Supervising a team and carrying out risk assessments
• Ensuring safety and security of residents and staff
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Promoting dignity, respect, and independence

About You

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Positive and flexible attitude
• Genuine interest in elderly and dementia care

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous care experience desirable but not essential
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Right to work in the UK
• Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care desired
• Basic IT skills
• Minimum 2+ years as a Senior Care Assistant
