This is the most junior role in the Delivery team, offering a clear career path into implementation and delivery management. Hybrid working in London. Salary up to £35,000 per year plus equity and benefits.

The Role

The Delivery Associate works alongside senior Delivery Managers, gaining hands-on exposure to how [Employer hidden] launches and scales employer partnerships from day one. You will be given real responsibility, real work, and real coaching, with a defined pathway into managing your own implementations.

What You'll Do

  • Support senior Delivery Managers on complex, large-scale employer implementations, taking ownership of defined workstreams and tasks.
  • Maintain delivery artefacts including project plans, RAID logs, status updates, and meeting notes.
  • Coordinate across internal teams (product, engineering, data, operations) to chase actions and clear blockers.
  • Prepare materials for client meetings and internal reviews.
  • Action technical setup tasks: configuring platform settings, validating integrations, running data checks, supporting UAT.
  • Support the team in processing client Change Requests and manage client migrations.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for smaller SMB employer accounts.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree from a strong academic institution (any discipline, particularly engineering, science, or problem-solving backgrounds).
  • Some experience coordinating or contributing to a project (e.g., dissertation, society, part-time job, sports team).
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to follow up and close loops.
  • Clear and confident communication in writing and conversation.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to make sensible progress independently.
  • Analytically minded, curious about data, comfortable in spreadsheets.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and energised by pace.

Bonus points for exposure to SaaS, fintech, or technical B2B environments; familiarity with Jira, Monday.com, or similar; formal project management training (e.g., Prince2 Foundation).

Benefits

  • 25 days annual leave plus public holidays, flexible time off for childcare/family/caring needs.
  • 24 weeks paid maternity leave and 4 weeks paid paternity leave (after 12 months service).
  • Special leave for IVF and fertility treatments.
  • Sabbatical scheme.
  • Paid leave to volunteer.
  • Private healthcare including mental and physical care.
  • Salary sacrifice to pension, bonus exchange to pension.
  • Electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme.
  • Season ticket loan.
  • Access to salary sacrifice schemes via ThanksBen marketplace.
  • Access to [Employer hidden] itself as a benefit.
